Two Ways to Fit
You know your patients best. We know scleral lenses.
BostonSight SCLERAL offers a range of diameters from 16-19mm in diagnostic lenses or Smart360® empirical fitting. Smart360 doesn’t require a trial set but does require an Eaglet ESP or an OCULUS Pentacam with CSP software. If you are fitting with Smart360 only, keep in mind that some patients may benefit from a trial lens if they have never felt a scleral lens on their eye before.
FitKit® Trial Lenses
BostonSight SCLERAL has two “triple-play” FitKits. Having both Kits means you can meet all of your patient’s needs, from simple cases to those that are more complex. Each FitKit® contains a 14-lens fitting set, duplicated with right and left anatomical designs to address unique scleral shape profiles, and our step-by-step FitGuide®.
- Each diameter has three haptic landing options – Flat, Standard, and Steep (see green outline).
- The Standard lens is the starting lens. Start your fit here (see red outline).
- The lenses have built-in SmartSight® FSE 1 (front surface eccentricity) for best visual acuity.

Smart360®
Empirical Fitting
BostonSight SCLERAL’s Smart360 technology uses corneo-scleral profilometry for a custom scleral lens fit. Scan the patient’s eye using your Eaglet ESP and Oculus Pentacam CSP. Then import your data to FitConnect® with the click of a button. Data is transferred directly to our lab for manufacturing.
